Zhongyuan is a technology-driven service enterprise integrating technical services, product R&D and innovation commercialization. Rubber products are made by our partner factories, while our compound engineers and sales engineers deliver expert technical and after-sales support — exported directly worldwide.
Fabric, steel cord, heat-resistant, patterned, flame-retardant, ozone-resistant / anti-static and special-purpose belts — tell us your material, temperature and incline, and we will match the right construction.
General-purpose belts for medium-to-long distance material handling.
For long-distance, high-tension and heavy-load conveying lines.
For hot sinter, clinker, coke and other high-temperature materials.
For inclined conveying where flat belts would roll back.
Oil-resistant, acid/alkali-resistant, abrasion-enhanced and flame-retardant covers (K1 / K2 / K3 grades).
Special cover compound for outdoor yards, ports and power plants — resists ozone cracking and static build-up.
Slipping, mis-tracking, early wear, material spillage — share your on-site conditions, and our engineers analyze the root cause and develop the compound and belt structure that fits your production line.
Real scenes from our partner plants — finished rolls staged indoors, crane loading and full-container dispatch. More site videos available on request.
Rolls wrapped and staged in the yard — ready for inspection and dispatch.
Rolls lifted with edge protection and loaded safely into full containers.
Dedicated plant buildings and outdoor yard for fast consolidation.
Loaded containers leave directly for Qingdao and other major ports.
Rolls wrapped and staged in neat rows, ready for inspection and same-day container loading.
Cover compound calendered to controlled thickness and then cooled under tension, so gauge stays stable roll to roll.
Fabric plies and cover are built on line, then wound with edge guides to keep the roll square for splicing and shipment.
Every roll is measured, marked and photographed before packing — you receive the same roll we inspected.
Real lines, real rolls: tap any clip to play with sound.
Eight clips straight from the line — no stock footage.
From underground coal mines to port loading terminals — we match belt construction to the real working condition, not just the catalog.
Open-pit and underground conveying of coal and ore.
Bulk loading, stacking and ship loading systems.
Coal handling lines for thermal power stations.
Clinker, slag and aggregate transport.
Sinter, pellet and furnace feeding lines.
Corrosive and oily material handling.
Recovered from waste-tire pyrolysis, milled and sieved in-house — a cost-effective reinforcing filler for non-tread rubber goods and plastics. Typical values below; official COA is provided with every batch.

Usually uneven tension, misaligned idlers, or a non-square splice. First check the cleaner and idler alignment, then correct the tension on both sides. During installation, keep the longitudinal deviation within the standard tolerance — we provide alignment guidance with every belt.
Match the cover compound to material temperature and lump size — T1, T2 or T3 grade. Also tell us the cooling method and contact time: prolonged contact at lower temperature can be harder on the cover than brief contact at higher temperature.
Vulcanized splices reach roughly 85–90% of belt strength and run smoothly over pulleys — the right choice for long-term lines. Mechanical splices are quick to install but much weaker; use them for temporary or emergency repairs.
It is recovered from waste-tire pyrolysis, so ash content is higher and dispersion differs from virgin N-grades. In return it is far more cost-effective — ideal for non-tread rubber parts, hoses, sheets, reclaimed rubber and plastics filling. We grade and mill it in-house for consistency.
Yes — OEM branding is supported, and we can supply the DOT / ECE certification list for export markets. Mixed sizes can be loaded in one container; we will optimize the loading plan for you.
Edge damage usually comes from the belt rubbing against a structure, a skirt rubber pressing too hard, or spillage at the loading point. Check pulley and idler alignment first, set the skirt gap to 5–8 mm, and repair the edge with a hot-vulcanized edge strip before the crack runs inward.
Fabric belts (EP / NN) stretch most in the first weeks of service. Order 1.5–2% extra length, keep take-up travel in reserve, and verify that actual tension stays inside the rated range. If stretch continues, check the splice step length; for long center distances move to steel cord.
Impact and lump size do the damage. Fit impact idlers or a cushion bed, keep chute height low, and specify a thicker top cover (6–8 mm) or a wear-resistant compound. Crushing the material finer before loading is often cheaper than upgrading the belt.
Check wrap angle, tension and pulley surface first: a wet, oily or polished pulley loses friction. Rubber or ceramic lagging plus correct take-up tension solves most cases; on steep or high-torque drives consider a dual-pulley drive.
Most grooves are not a compound fault but a mechanical one. Spillage carried on the return strand is dragged between the belt and a pulley or a seized idler and pressed into the cover; a stuck idler or a worn roller shell grinds a straight groove; an over-tightened skirt rubber or a cleaner blade with material trapped under it scores the surface. Check in this order: return-strand cleanliness and the secondary cleaner, that every idler turns freely, the skirt gap at 5–8 mm, and whether a magnet is fitted. Shallow marks can keep running; once a groove reaches the carcass, cut it out and hot-vulcanize the section.
